• Curation of paper suite, including invitations, place cards, name cards, & signage

• Creation of custom installations for cake, escort card, & other displays

• Management of transportation logistics for guests and bridal party

• Wedding rehearsal coordination

• 10 hours of day-of coordination

• Coordination with venue staff & vendors

• Event day timeline creation, distribution, & execution

• 2 event coordinators on-site, with assistants as needed
