FOUNDER & CEO
Mikaela graduated with a degree in Business Management from Northwood University in 2021, igniting her passion for bringing dreams to life, particularly in the realm of weddings and intimate gatherings.

Her journey began amidst the bustling energy of wedding planning at the Venue at 501 in Clare, where she discovered her innate talent and orchestrating unforgettable events. Specializing in wedding planning, Mikaela possesses a remarkable eye for detail and a flair for creative decoration, ensuring each event is tailored to perfection.
​
Driven by results, Mikaela approaches each coordination task with meticulous organization and unwavering dedication. She believes in crafting unique solutions that transform every facet of a wedding day into a dream realized, allowing couples to relish each moment of the planning journey.

Beyond her role in curating beautiful weddings, Mikaela finds solace in retail therapy, home projects, and daydreaming about her next sun-soaked getaway to the beach. To unwind, she cherishes moments shared over a glass of wine with her cherished friends.

FOUNDER & CEO
Kameron graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management from Northwood University in 2023. When deciding what major to study in college, Kameron was drawn to the idea of being hands-on with the planning process of weddings and events.
​
Kameron embarked on her journey in event/wedding planning during college while studying Hospitality Management. She gained valuable experience by organizing and executing a scholarship dinner for two years. Her passion for events led her to seek further opportunities post-graduation. She joined 505 Cafe in Clare, MI, where she played a pivotal role in coordinating events at its sister business, The Venue at 501. Kameron's mission is to guide couples from the initial planning stages to ensuring seamless execution on their special day.

With her driven attitude and habit of making everything as perfect as it can be, Kameron is a great asset to add to your special day. She hopes to create the most magical day for you and your significant other.
​
Outside of work, Kameron enjoys curling up next to her cat with a book and a glass of wine. The person she loves sharing her time with the most is her boyfriend, Scott, who supports her in all of her endeavors.

kylee king
ASSISTANT
Kylee graduated from Northwood University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Hospitality Management. She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration in 2024.
​
Her passion for events and hospitality sparked during her time at Northwood, where she quickly discovered the joy of bringing people’s visions to life. As she immersed herself in her coursework, she found the event planning process both rewarding and energizing.
​
Throughout college, Kylee spent her summers and school breaks working at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites in Downtown Kalamazoo. In various roles with the company, she gained valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of event execution—from weddings to corporate meetings.
A proud Type A personality, Kylee thrives on organization and timeline management. Her attention to detail ensures that every event she’s part of runs smoothly and according to plan.
​
Outside of work, Kylee loves spending time at her family’s cabin in Northern Michigan, surrounded by close friends and loved ones. When she’s not up north, you’ll likely find her curled up with a good book or out on the golf course with her boyfriend, Lance—her go-to person for just about everything.

natalie preston
ASSISTANT
Natalie graduated from Northwood University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing on Hospitality Management. Through her involvement in school activities and personal event experiences, she discovered a passion for creating memories through events that last a lifetime.
​
She began her professional career at the University of Michigan Botanical Gardens & Arboretum as an Event Hosting Assistant, where she learned from a variety of event planners who managed different types of celebrations. Continuing to follow her calling to event planning, Natalie transitioned into a new role at StoryPoint Senior Living Community as a Life Enrichment Assistant. There, she helped design and coordinate engaging activities and events for seniors within the community.
​
Currently, Natalie is back at the University of Michigan as a Meeting & Special Events Assistant within the University Unions. In this role, she assists with event setup, orchestration, and audiovisual needs across the facilities.
​
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys relaxing with her family, traveling the world with friends, and spending time with her cat, Pillsbury.
